Roland showed up early for the appointment and was very much eager to start looking for what's wrong with my car. He also looked for other possible problems that might get me into trouble in the future. He loves his job and it shows in the kind of enthusiasm he exudes and his eagerness to lend a helping hand. He just came in to replace the battery but he checked everything to make sure that I will be safe using my car! He even called me out on my radiator coolant (hey, i was planning on topping it off today!). And he came prepared! His van has all the tools he might possibly need and is very clean and organized.
