My appointment with Nelson happened in two parts. The first part was an inspection as to why my headlights weren't working. Unfortunately the only time I could book him was in the middle of my normal sleep schedule (I work graveyard), so waking up to deal with my car wasn't fun. He told me what was wrong, and that I could book him the next day at 3 PM for a fix. I booked him again, and explained to him that the times for these appointments conflicted with my work and sleep schedule and asked if he could pick the keys up and fix it without me having to get up. He obliged, and I got to sleep without having to get up and sign anything or worry about my car whatsoever. Absolutely fantastic and convenient. Nelson was also friendly and explained everything he was going to be doing.

Alex was very professional and helpful with a plethora of experience. My vehicle would not start and all my research indicated it was the starter. Alex did every test first to ensure it was not another issue with the vehicle. After determining it was indeed the starter and completed the job in a neat and orderly fashion.
