I consider myself a DIY'er, but this O2 sensor had me a little baffled. I coudn't see the connector, and could only get a couple of fingers on the connector. Time to call in a pro. Robert arrived early due to a cancellation and finished in one hour, as per the estimate. Afterward, we spoke breifly about other concerns I had, and he was very straight-forward. I will definitely use YourMechanic again. Hopefully I can get Robert!

Fernando was very communicative . Letting me know everything he was gonna do . But I didn’t see everything he did . I know I requested something about a 50 point check . But in the end he told me everything looks good . I guess I just worried because my exhaust is loud . But he kept me informed on every thing so that was good . He seems like a great mechanic and I appreciate you sending me a professional who isn’t just after my money and will tell me like it is .
