LIFESAVER! My starter gave out on Christmas Eve and I called with the assumption that the next available appointment would be weeks out; however, they told me they had availability only two days after on the 26th at 7AM. He got my repair done in just an hour, when I had been quoted 4 hours of labor at the dealership! He explained to me exactly why there was such a cost and time difference between him and the dealership; the dealership gets the part (it comes assembled), separates it into the top and bottom, then charges for the labor of separating it, putting it back together, and installing it!
