Tabitha was on time,got right to work. She was done in about an hr and a half. The truck is due for more maintenance. She gave me a quote,which she explained and gave meadvise on which item to take care of next,if I couldn't afford to do it all at once.

When we spoke on the phone, I was not able to talk for very long as I was walking in to a meeting. I was hoping that the recommendations that were given to me over the phone could have also been written in the report. I know I need to get a few things replaced or repaired, like the front axle and the AC. But, if Tabitha could write out those specifics in the report, that would be very helpful and change my rating to a 5 star review. I did end up purchasing the car. However, if these notes are not added to the report, I now have to go to a different mechanic and pay them more money to understand the assessment.

She responded soon and I believe she is an honest mechanic.

I was extremely happy with the service and it was super convenient. Tabitha arrived on time and was very professional. She did not waste anytime installing a broken door latch on my Explorer. The whole process was very smooth.

Tabitha was a little earlier but that was OK with me. She did an excellent job in replacing the Serpentine drive belt, drive belt tensioner and drive belt pulley. Oil , oil filter, oil pan drain gasket were replaced. Air filter was replaced. All that within 2 1/2 hours. Tabitha checked the computer since my check engine light came on three weeks ago but went off again within two weeks. No errors were found but Tabitha explained that prior a vacuum issue was reported. She explained that this could have been a gas cap not properly mounted. This made sense since I remember the gas tank cap being on crooked a while ago. The price matched the quote and overall I am very satisfied with her work!
