Tabitha is everything you want in a mechanic. She was on time and professional. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She replaced a defective starter that she previously installed last week. She saw my note on the non-start engine and took the initiative to get another starter on her way to the appointment. Her hunch was correct that the previous starter was defective and installed the new one in under an hour! Great job!

Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo. I would definitely recommend him for Your vehicles service.

My experiance with Pete was great. He explained in detail what was wrong with my VW Bettle on the phone before he came out. Then when he got to my condo he again went over the service he was doing. personality and very easy to talk to. We had a situation where I was paying with cash plus credit card not knowing that cash isnt the form of payment they prefere.He took care of it in a timely manner.
