He arrived a few minutes early, awesome. Very friendly, I was at work, my wife had the vehicle. The system estimated 45mins for completion, he was done in 40mins, awesome. Great guy, great price, great value.

Let me start by saying that I am very pleased with my decision to engage “Your Mechanic” for my car repairs, and in particular with Abdul. I received emails and text confirming my appointment, the day before and the day of the scheduled work. Furthermore, although the appointment was scheduled for 1:00 to 2:00 PM, Abdul Called at 12:45, apologizing for being stuck in traffic and anticipating being at my house 10 minutes past 1:00 PM (well within the time of the appointment). Once arrived, he quickly started working on my 12 year old truck, and continued tirelessly for the next 2 and ½ hours to complete the work, diligently and professionally. Although the estimate for the job called for completion in 1 hour and 15 minutes, complexity with the location of the valves to be replaced actually doubled the time required but I was not charged a penny above the original estimate. I have waited to write this review, until after I have had a chance to truly road test the truck (I’ve driven approximately 60 miles at various speeds and different terrain) and I am thrilled to have my old performing HEMI engine humming like when it was new. Based upon this experience, I would highly recommend the services and the employee to anyone that reads this review. From now on, I will definitely use “Your Mechanic” for the maintenance of my vehicles. Thank you Abdul.

SERVICE

Alternator

AMOUNT PAID

$391.74
by Khadijah from Acworth, GA 30102

Excellent work. Got an alternator replacement. He said he would have to unplug my AC compressor (I think) and that would cause my AC not to work after the appointment but he fixed it without doing that. Yourmechanic should have told me that little detail when I scheduled the appointment since it does cost extra money and require another appointment....but he made it not an issue at all. He also showed up early so that was a plus.

I was initially skeptical booking a mobile mechanic service for the 1st time. However, since booking and receiving A1 service from Tinashe, I have now found a new lifetime mechanic. Try him - You won't be disappointed!

Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after

As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
