I have been messing with this truck for months. I got about as far as I was comfortable with it. Got a diagnosis from Michael a week or two ago, and decided to go with his suggestion. Had him come back this morning and he had it running in less than 30 minutes! I figure it was probably about $200 less than the garage I have used in the past, and I saved at least another $100 on not having it towed.
