Ramiro was very professional and took the time to explain details on what he was doing during the thermostat replacement. I was even impressed on his cleanup of the antifreeze runoff. Ramiro did a good job changing out my brake pads and changing out the brake fluid. He was fast but efficient and my brakes work great. My only issue would be that he was almost 3 hours late and I had to reach out twice to find out if he was coming.
