I have a phobia about contractors and service persons. Had some really bad experiences and I was nervous about the service my car would get. Noe came to replace my brake pads and rotors. Since I wasn't sure if I needed one or the other or both. Noe examined them all. Turned out I only needed new pads. The rotors were not replaced. Saved me $200. I was happy. =o) Noe was professional, attentive and explained what was going to happen before he did the work. He showed me the worn parts. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what I was looking at and I understood it. That's a big deal. It was a great experience and a relief. I think I've found my mechanic. No more fears!
