Experienced and very friendly. I told him I wanted to learn to do my own car maintenance, and he was even happy to give me a few pointers about the part that needed replacing. Downside was that he was not able to perform the tire rotation included with my inspection - knocked one star off for that. However, I'd be thrilled to have Augie do work on the Jeep again (and I'm sure it'll need it at some point).
