Chris was very punctual and polite. He changed my alternator. In the process my idler pulley and tensioner were bad. I told him I’ll go pick them up. He said he’ll be back in an hour to install them for me. He is a top notch mechanic and person. I highly recommend him for anybody that needs work on their vehicle.

Chris is an incredible service technician. He was able to diagnose and repair a difficult electrical issue in the cold and dark. He showed up on time, very friendly and very efficient. I can not say enough positive things about his service. If I ever have any other issues with my car I will be contacting Chis again for sure.

Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Why does my motor go from running to just dead?
Answered by Jay
There are no recalls or technical service bulletins (TSB) for the stalling while driving complaint, however there have been other owners who've had similar drivability issues. The fuel pump relay may have an intermittent open circuit, causing you to lose...
