SERVICE

Radiator Hose

AMOUNT PAID

$381.32
by Bryce from Oklahoma City, OK 73132

Sam is one of those guys whose going to run his own shop one day and crush it. I would recommend Sam for any of you vehicle needs without hesitation. The communication from Sam is top notch. This is an industry where things can take a little longer than expected (part store issues, tools break, another issue arises while fixing one). No matter the issue, if he is running behind he will let you know immediately.

Great man. He knows what he is doing. Explained everything to me and what needed to be done. Have used Sam before and waiting on a part then I will get all 3 repairs done to get my car running in good condition. Would recommend Sam to everyone.

Jason arrived on time and diagnosed my 2 problems and gave me some really valuable information as to how to approach solving these issues. I have a little time before I have to make one of the repairs and the other issue might not have to be repaired at all. Being able to talk this over with a qualified mechanic was worth the labor price. If I have to replace the water pump I will call Your Mechanic for sure.

SERVICE

Brake Pads

AMOUNT PAID

$90.59
by Jacqueline from Oklahoma City, OK 73107

Jason was on time, courteous, professional, efficient and thorough. I had incorrectly identified the noises my car was making as the brake pads being worn. Since the brake pads did not be replaced, he adjusted the price and sent quotes for the actual problems. Also, it took a lot less time than I expected. I will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Jason.

First, I would recommend going to your local Ford dealership for a rust inspection. Other Escape owners have experienced similar issues, and if yours is similar enough, it may be covered by Ford. Ford covering the damages is the best...

As a certified master technician for many years this has been one of the most publicized problems seen by me and my colleagues in the field. There are a multitude of suggestions, comments, lawsuits, fixes, complaints and none will help...
Paint problems like bubbles and rust, not an old car

Have a certified Ford dealership look at the hood to determine the cause and suggest the best course of action to take. If the dealer corrosion warranty does not cover the repair, then another course of action is to have...
