I received the text letting me know that my mechanic was on the way and also his location from my location by checking a link in the text. I could see that Greg was en-route and going to be at my location slightly before the scheduled appointment time. Once arrived, he was ready to go, and he had all of the parts and tools needed for the job. He answered all of my questions as I watched him perform the repair, about the process, and any other car related questions. I even had a check engine light on and he checked that out for me as well while he was there saving me another trip to someone else. There was no mess since he laid out the appropriate materials beforehand, and he took the parts with him instead of putting them in my trash to haul out. AppreciatedHugh’s insight and work ethic. We agreed that the original issue was a false herring and went on to correct the baseline issue of needing new coils, plugs and a battery. Though we had an issue arise while changing out the plugs, but fixed a broken crankcase breather hose. Better getting the job done right, than to just fix the symptoms.
