He did a great job. I thought the problem was the alternator, but he recognized the real issue immediately. Unfortunately, I’m limited to giving only five stars.

After going into 6 months without finding a mechanic anywhere who could fix my vehicle properly, leaving me in limbo, I decided to book here with Gerald when I saw his many years of experience. Gerald showed up ahead of schedule and got right to work. He listened to me and what the problems were and did a full inspection of everything. He was able to detect what the issues were almost immediately thereafter. He also explained the issues and problems in detail and made sure the correct parts were ordered and went the extra mile to follow up and confirm the parts were an exact fit. He double checked everything - ran a few tests - to make sure the installations were correct-very thorough in his work and very detail oriented. He has outstanding talent and experience with diagnosing and repairing. He knows exactly what needs fixing and is honest and ethical in his work and trustworthy. Very reliable with communication and promptness. Exceptional in all areas of customer service, on time, courtesy, follow up and highly experienced and honest, ethical, trustworthy and fixed what needed fixing and did it correctly the first time.
