What a phenomenal service. Luis arrived early for the appointment, finished well ahead of schedule. He was polite, professional and did one hell of a job for far less than I would have been charged elsewhere. I blew my water pump and would have had to tow in and get gauged at the dealer for service - this was several hundred less and did it all while watching Monday night football on the couch. I was a bit disappointed at first b/c I had to reschedule my appointment b/c the part needed wasn't in stock. Got appt rescheduled for next day. Billy showed up on time, and b/c of my error , had to make another trip to the parts store(I have wrong info on model of my car). Billy came back finished the job and was such a good guy, despite my error which sent him to the store again, that I couldn't help but be impressed. If I ever need ur services again, and I'm sure I will, I hope that I can request Billy, he's a great guy and he got the job done!
