Shilo arrived as scheduled and performed a very thorough inspection of my vehicle to determine the problem. I was impressed with his knowledge and meticulous attention in diagnosing the service needed to the computer system. As it turned out, there was a recall that I wasn't aware of or received notification from the maker of my vehicle.

Shilo is very friendly and professional. He asked to arrive earlier, which I was happy with. Shilo was great and explained everything. Thank you very much. I will definitely call and recommend Shilo for car services.

Shilo is a great advocate for your company . I appreciated his skills and work performance. However I picked your company to fix a door not being able to open problem. One issue was certainly the replacement of the inside door handle. However my problem was my door could not open. I paid you over $200 to replace the exterior door handle and my door will still not open. I think your company took advantage of me and replaced the handle….not concentrated on the fact that my call to you was my door will not open. I am out of $200 dollars and my door still will not open. M you guys showed a lack of analytical ability to provide the customer with the solution to their problem and took the $217 graft and left me in the same position with a Good Luck TO YOU.. I will be seek redress to this flagrant disregard to the customer needs to grave a quick Buck

Shilo was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem and fixed my issue..

He arrived early and did a nice job explaining and showing me what issues were happening. He then gave me several options to fix the issue. It was something that a dealership had to do but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and this company.

Shiloh was very nice but unfortunately was not able to service my car because of something a past mechanic had done on my last oil change. I would definitely use him again for other services.

I use this company often and Shilo must be the owner the way he represents the company. Great customer service and knowledge, clearly by the way he laid out all options for the repair even though they don’t weld which is what I needed.
