Luis is awesome! He was professional, got to the appointment on time, with the right part for my car, and most importantly he knew what he was doing. The mechanic I originally had an appointment with never made it to the appointment, therefore, I appreciate that Luis made the effort for me, and fixed my car. He should get a raise for that alone!
