He was courteous polite and listens to exactly the problem that I had. I unfortunately had a warranty issue, and he was extraordinarily helpful and worked quickly to figure out what the exact problem was and how to resolve it. The next time I need work done to my truck I will be requesting Manuel specifically (he didn’t work on my truck initially, but I wish he had).

Manuel was on time, actually early, but very prompt and polite. Manuel came out to fix a warranty issue (not his initial installation, someone else’s) and he was extremely quick and understanding of the need for me to have my truck back and operating ASAP. He fixed the problem perfectly and quickly. I will ABSOLUTELY be requesting Manuel the next time I need repair work done to my truck.

Willie was great! He showed up a little early which worked for me. He immediately had some ideas about what was causing the problem and was completely correct. He fixed the problem and checked for other issues I should address. He was pleasant, funny and all around awesome! Dennis was friendly, professional and on time! He took some information on my car and told me he would come an get me when he was done. He was completely finished in a little less than 30 minutes, removing the old cv front axle and replacing it. Everything was clean and neat with nothing left undone. Amazing. I wanted to call all of my friends to tell them about my experience. I didn't have to drive around to different shops to get it done and once they had my car apart, tell me it would be two days before they could get the part. He showed up with the part and did it.
