by Robert from Debary, FL 32713

Brandon is exceptionally competent and was able to quickly change all 4 of my brake pads and rotors and flush my brake fluid in my driveway in right around 90 minutes. He was on time, professional, and personable, and I enjoyed chatting with him as he worked. Using Brandon allowed us to get back on the road quickly and enjoy the rest of our weekend, whereas all of the shops in our area were either booked up with an all day wait or closed on Sunday. Brandon also identified and troubleshooted several other concerns I had while he worked, and let me know exactly what type of upcoming maintenance and repairs to expect on my vehicle. He seems to know a lot of brands and vehicles very well, including my Nissan.

Windshield cracked randomly, is it safe to drive?
Answered by Derek
The windshield issue in your car is common enough for many owners to make the same comment. While Nissan does not currently offer any bulletins or recalls about the issue, nor is there any known cause, it is recommended to...
Too many vibrations when i’m driving on the road
Answered by Michael
Since you've noticed there have been vibrations with the continuously variable transmission (CVT) since you got it serviced, were there any other services performed at that time such as new tire installation or wheel rotation/balancing? If the wheels were balanced,...
Lots of rust on a newish car, what happened?
Answered by Derek
Unfortunately, there is no stop to rust. It happens to all cars that are regularly exposed to the elements, but some parts of the country are worse than others. But don’t worry, Nissan is aware of the issue and has...
