We had an appointment with a guy named Fabrice for 7am. He cancelled at 7:17 by text claiming he had something important to take care of this morning. We rebooked with Damien for 4:30pm. He sent a message that he could be there earlier and was able to arrive at 1:30. I was unable to use my car at all so it was frustrating when Fabrice cancelled after he was artsy supoossed yo be there. Damien saved the day!
I would highly recommend the services of Braxton. He was punctual, professional, and very courteous; he went the extra mile to explain exactly what (and the why) he was doing. Besides the issue with my automobile, overall it was an A+ experience.
Did a great job! It was more difficult than he anticipated but he kept at it. He even told me of other issues to look out for in the future. He was early for the appointment, which worked great for me. He kept me informed of his status getting here and of the job. Will recommend.
