I was very impressed how Lucas worked around my car. He was very careful with his tools not to hit the car and meticulously work with every detail. Will recommend Lucas and Your Mechanic to all my friends. Thanks.

AMOUNT PAID

$393.19
by Kirsten from Los Angeles, CA 91436

Lucas fixed my car door lock actuator quickly and professionally. A small part was needed from the dealership but he was quick to pick that up and returned to complete the job. I had my son with me and he made the effort to get my keys to and from me closer so I wouldn’t have to carry my son so far through the parking garage. Common courtesy is not very common these days, which makes me appreciate his thoughtfulness even more!

Answers to common BMW questions

Broken glove compartment.
Answered by Jay
The problem you are having is not a common problem and the actual part that broke would need to be known. Is the latch broken or is one of the hinges broken? My recommendation is to have a technician check...
Car goes into gear, but doesn't move.
Answered by Andrew
The first thing I would do is be sure the parking brake is released. As long as the parking brake is released and this issue still occurs there may be a major issue with the transmission on this vehicle. Be...
Rough idle in cold weather.
