I requested a Pre-Buy Inspection and whether I received good news or bad news, I would give Lucas 5+ stars! ! The whole process was easy and I was informed every step of the way from booking the appointment to when Lucas left the vehicle. Just a note, it was the hottest day of the season so far (111 deg!), but Lucas was professional and had a great attitude. Would definitely recommend.

Augie was great! Friendly, articulate, explained everything and answered all my questions. Worked diligently and cleaned everything up at the end. And test drove the car to make sure the radiator was not leaking. I will definitely use your services and him again!

by Jane from Los Angeles, CA 91335

Augie is prompt and professional. That's why I like him. He explains everything to me and shows me either the actual part or area he's talking about and he does a full inspection at the end with advise for the future.

Answers to common Volvo questions

Heater hose leak
Answered by Jay
I recommend that you have a mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, check your vehicle out for you. The mechanic can pressure test the cooling system, and replace any leaking hoses (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/coolant-is-leaking-inspection).
Car sluggish and wants to stall in 2nd gear.
Answered by Robert
Hi there. From your explanation of the problem it sounds like you are experiencing the onset of a transmission failure. A mechanic would drain the fluid from the transmission and inspect it for metal or debris in the fluid which...
Car tries to turnover but won't start
Answered by Eduardo
Hi there. If your car is not turning over, despite a new battery and a jump, then it is probably not a battery problem. It may be possible that there may be a problem with the vehicle's starter, or starting...
Plug from camshaft position sensor corroded.
Answered by Jay
Even though you can get the car to start and run by sticking the wires into the connector, it will not keep out moisture and it could corrode even more. I would recommend having a mechanic inspect the sensor and...
