Raymond contacted me prior to my appointment and arrived early. My car was making a rapid clicking noise when I tried to start my engine, but for some reason it didn't do that when Raymond arrived. He was still able to diagnose the issue confirming it was the battery. I have follow-up appointment to get it replaced.

I had recently taken my car to an auto service for an engine performance diagnostic. Long story short...they bungled the job. I barely made the short four mile trip home. Raymond diagnosed the problem almost immediately {Mass Air Flow Sensor}. My car has other issues he recommended be addressed...some sooner than others. I received an estimate quickly and will have Raymond do the job. You wont find a more knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy mechanic in the business. Don't retire Raymond!

Ediee is a nice and friendly mechanic and he has many years of mechanical experience in aviation and automotive mechanics. His recommendation for using OEM parts are spot on, especially when required, sometimes you cannot just use aftermarket parts due to their lower standards of quality. Ediee worked 6 hours straight (it was estimated for 5 hours), making sure he completed each requested item, which I had 4 items listed.
