This was a simple part replacement that was anything but simple! Foreign cars are usually a challenge, but there was barely room to do the work. Michael never once complained and never tried to reschedule (even though it got dark while he was working) even though he still had another customer, and this took much longer than expected. As someone who has worked in the repair industry (appliance), I appreciate a tech of his caliber and I respect his strong work ethic. This is the first time I have used this service, but I will be requesting Michael for any future work I may need to have done.

Stephen was great - he showed up exactly on time, and did everything quickly and thoroughly. He gave me some things to look out for and also showed me things that I shouldn't be concerned with. I'd recommend him to anyone.
