Carl was great at first and then went down hill from there. Was told after about 25 minutes of plugging into the car to see what was wrong was told he cannot fix. It us usually a priblem the company walks away from. Don't understand why we are not told in the firta place. I should have known better when the first mechanic canceled because he did not want to work on the car. BEWARE AND HONESTLY WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN. $165.00 TO TELL YOU THEY CANNOT WORK ON IT AFTER PLUGGING INTO IT. GO TO AUTOZONE FOR FREE TO GET THAT DONE. Now I cannot even use the money for the rwpair that they give back to you if they make the rwpairs. THIS COMPANY SHOULD AT THE LEAST GIVE IT BACK TO YOU IF THE MECHANIC CANNOT COMPLETE THE REPAIRS AFYER PLUGGING INTO THE CAR. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
