I should be refunded my money i prepared for the bulb but your company refuses to give me my money about 150 dollars for a bulb they would to keep the money for future repairs I didn’t have any idea that they would screw me over money I paid in advance i trusted them also I can buy the bulb for $102 at auto zone

Aron simply put; "is an excellent mechanic!" He shows up right on time, with a smile no less! He's open for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your vehicle, and then answers your questions thoroughly and clearly stated so that it's easy to understand! Then he jumps right in and "gets to it!" He's a professional and a "no nonsense type of individual" that seems to have a full scope of the European Motor Works Arena! Throughout the years, I have owned two Volvo's, 2 Mercedes, and 3 BMW's. With that being said; I have never felt so calm and confident about the work being performed, until my experience with Aron. He also is very detailed oriented! More explicitly; NOT needing additional parts, but perhaps in need of a "tightening, lube, or clean up"; he just does it! Best of all Aron does his job, in a timely manner! Although, prior to Aron leaving that day, he was sure to give me a "heads up" by giving me a forecast of what to expect and plan for future repairs, along with the maximum time that I should NOT exceed, prior to making my next recommended appointment!
