He was punctual - on time and very professional. It originally was supposed to take 1-2 hours but ended up being about twice as long because he ended up having to fix other things and not just the belt. But he was great about it. Jason was great-he was right on time, pleasant, professional. After inspecting the power steering pump on my old Honda Civic, he determined that it didn't need to be replaced as we had thought, which saved us quite a bit of money. He does his work reasonably quickly but thoroughly (the car needed a lot of work!) and it runs great now, considering its age. Highly recommended.
