Good communication, thorough check of the vehicle, left the vehicle in better shape than he found it outside of the reason for the call (replaced an old nasty bolt, filled tires with air, etc.), and was even nice to my dog.

Brandon came out to service my vehicle maybe 3 times and each time he was on time and inspected all of my complaints and got my car running back to normal. Had the car fixed by another mechanic that left the car terrible (wheel bearings inserted backwards and a messed up sensor). Brandon figured out the problem and replaced the sensor and directed me to a great shop that fixed the wheel bearings due to Your Mechanic policies. Brandon saved me from buying a new axle and more headaches. Definitely recommend him for any service.
