Mr. Ravy was prompt (8:15am), prepared (parts and tools), and courteous. He detailed to me what was done and was friendly in that he didn't make me feel uncomfortable talking to him or asking questions.

Before the appointment Gregory reached out to inform me of a few things regarding replacing my valve cover gasket or possible concerns which I thought was really cool because I don’t think he really had to do that.
