Great! He worked really hard to solve the problem..he arrived on time and work till problem taken care of.
He was punctual - on time and very professional. It originally was supposed to take 1-2 hours but ended up being about twice as long because he ended up having to fix other things and not just the belt. But he was great about it. His report about my vehicle and what I might need to get fixed in the future was super helpful.
Good communication, thorough check of the vehicle, left the vehicle in better shape than he found it outside of the reason for the call (replaced an old nasty bolt, filled tires with air, etc.), and was even nice to my dog.
Greg was informative. He explained what he was doing and why. He asked about checking my air Conditioning filter and gave his recommendations. Managment requires offsite work and Greg still performed his skills professionally.
Victor was absolutely the best. Even though he had a full day already he made sure he came and did the job for me. What a great work ethic. Not only is he a great mechanic and clearly has an encyclopedic knowledge of vehicles, he was one heck of a nice guy. Daniel went through my car thoroughly. He didn't quit until figured out what the problem was, unfortunately he could not fix the problem it was not his specialty.
