Hugh was absolutely fantastic. We thought we were saving money trying to work on the brakes and we had the car pretty torn apart by the time Hugh got there. Because of the liability involved, Hugh was unable to service the car. However, he recommended a great shop to take it to and did an inspection for me. I was very overwhelmed and frustrated, but Hugh was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I will 100% call him again the next time I need car services.
