My service was a warranty inspection, and it wasn't for the clicking or popping coming from the wheels. It was for a clicking sound coming from around the throttle body which I later found out, thanks to Gregory, that it was an exhaust leak coming from the EGR valve. Gregory was quick and very nice and understanding about the whole thing. Even though it was only an inspection he did have to disassemble a few parts to get to what needed to be inspected so he did actually do some work on my vehicle rather than just looking at some things or checking fluids. He was very personable and I would definitely schedule him to work on my vehicle again.

Kanstantsin arrived on time even though it had snowed multiple inches the night before, and still snowing at the time of the appointment. His service was timely and quicker than the estimated time. He even informed me that my tires were balding, and when I informed him that one tire was also flat he offered to pump it up for me which was incredibly nice.

Hugh was great! My truck battery had died while my truck was parked in a parking garage. I requested Hugh to replace the battery at 2:45pm that day, and he called and said he could come early at 1pm (talk about prompt!) When he arrived, his vehicle was too tall for the garage (low clearance); so he grabbed his tools and the new car battery (heavy thing) and hauled it all the way to the far back of the parking garage. Within 10 minutes or so he had the batteries swapped, and then he tested and inspected the truck. Whole thing took about 15 minutes, and with that my truck was back up and running. Hugh was quick and efficient and I loved how early he was able to come to fix my truck. He was also great to chat with.
