We had another great experience with Rodney. He called ahead of the appointment and asked if he could arrive early. He arrived with the parts and was ready to begin the repair. Several shops told us that the parts for my vehicle were no longer available. Rodney located the parts and ordered them for the repair. Rodney originally said the repair would take several hours, but Rodney was able to complete the repairs in approximately one hour. He showed me the old parts and offered them to me if I wanted. Rodney was very professional and polite. The area was completely cleaned up before he left, and he answered all of our questions. We would recommend Rodney to our friends, and we would ask for him again if another repair was needed.

Roland came and replaced my battery as I requested. He was very nice and did the work efficiently. He showed me several other problems that should be corrected. He had prepared a complete list and an estimate for the work. I agreed to having the additional work done and he scheduled that for this Wednesday. As an older woman I want my car to be in good condition and ready to take to San Francisco or Lake Tahoe. I feel confident that Roland and his company will get my car into top shape for road trips.

Really nice and helpful - he couldn't fix our issue (it has to be fixed by the dealership due to being a recall issue), but he diagnosed the issue, went over everything for us, AND showed up early to an appointment we were forced to reschedule when the last mechanic refused to show up. Fantastic service! I was stranded in Davis due to starter issues and there were no available mechanics around to replace my starter. I found Bereketeab through YourMechanic and he was able to drive to me from Sacramento (keep in mind, he did not need to do this at all as it was out of his service area) and replace my starter. He showed me how to replace the starter and he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommended!
