He showed up on time ready to work and after I showed him the parts he got to work. After he pulled the wheels and hubs he showed me that the drums and shoes still had life left in them. I told him I didn't know how old the shoes and such were as I know time takes its toll on stuff. So he got it all done, drove it back and forth to make sure everything was good.

Johnny is a true professional and a very knowledgeable mechanic. He definitely is well experienced and was able to get right down to the problem. He also would explain really well what is, and also what is not the problem and why. I am really thankful for his service and absolutely recommend him. Anthony was great! We are very happy that we chose to go with this company instead of the overpriced and slow service we get from the Jeep dealership. He was on time and did the job just as expected. He identified a couple of other things that need to be done before the problems get worse. We appreciate having a technician give us direct feedback regarding our vehicle, rather than a service advisor (salesperson) that we've had to deal with in the past at the dealership. We'll be booking the addtional services very soon and will definitely request Anthony again now that he is familiar with our vehicle!

Roland came and replaced my battery as I requested. He was very nice and did the work efficiently. He showed me several other problems that should be corrected. He had prepared a complete list and an estimate for the work. I agreed to having the additional work done and he scheduled that for this Wednesday. As an older woman I want my car to be in good condition and ready to take to San Francisco or Lake Tahoe. I feel confident that Roland and his company will get my car into top shape for road trips.
