Great mechanic. Just wish that YourMechanic wouldn't simply assign any mechanic to the job. Paul contacted me the night before because he doesn't start any job before 10 AM. I didn't know that and I had requested an 8:15 appointment. This is not Paul's fault. I am placing the blame on YourMechanic. As for Paul, he arrived when he said he would. He had everything he needed when he got here and even brought equipment with him for any unusual circumstances. Last month, another mechanic started working on my wife's car and realized he needed to remove a welded object and stated he couldn't finish the job that day so he rebooked the appointment so I was without her car for three days. Paul brought everything he needed and completed the job in less than the time allocated. He also saved me over $160 based on the quote given to me by my regular mechanic.

I can't say enough good things about Jeffery. From the moment he arrived until the last bolt was tightened, Jeffrey was amiable, communicative, accommodating and courteous.
