transparent and honest as always. saved me the expense of replacing spark plugs and all of the required expensive parts that are required for such an exchange on this particular car. previous work performed by Krystal on my C350 has been solid and faultless. a keeper for sure .

Krystal was very punctual and completed the job in under an hour . Very courteous and left the work site as clean as it was prior to the start of the job. the car brakes like new again. Highly recommend Krystal . Just imagine I did not leave my house to go to a shop which in itself would be an hour out of my day. the job was done on a Sunday morning before any planned activities. On top of everything the final price came in under the original estimate so i have to say honest person as well.
