This guy is easily in the top 10 people I've ever had known. Attitude, integrity, friendliness, concern, work results are just the smallest tip of a the "great person" iceberg. I hate to gush over an individual but, in this case, the man and his performance is totally justified. Should you be fortunate enough to have James take your car into his highly capable care you will have done yourself a great favor. On his most recent visit he advised me I did not need some work I had scheduled, thereby saving me a few hundred bucks. I'm sure it was a negative to his wallet while a positive to mine.
