Allen arrived at the time that was scheduled he was very professional and created no disorder or mess while working on the vehicle and what I did like was he showed me the part that was being replaced and described what had gone wrong, excellent guy.

G35s tend to be problematic for some mechanics when it comes to bleeding the cooling system but not for an expert like Norman. Feel at ease and very confident that my issue has been resolved. Looking forward to booking Norman for future repairs.
