Carlos R. was incredible, everything that I have come to expect of the YourMechanic technicians. I was cancelled on 3 times this week by another tech, forced to rent a car and take unexpected costly Uber trips, had to take off 4 hours of work to be there on time for the previous appointments (was cancelled on last minute anyways), damaged integrity/trust with a project team at work and had to push a big deadline back, had a horrible experience (ongoing unfortunately) with communication from a service manager after 6 attempts to just get a chance to talk to someone (not even a call, but I get an email at 11PM with info I already had the night before my 7AM appointment??), and to top it off all of that happening BEFORE SOMEONE EVEN LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE a week later. Needless to say, my service ended up costing me well over 100% of what I willingly paid today for the quality work.. not exactly what they advertise at YourMechanic (professional, convenient, fair priced, timly, hassle free, honest). Carlos R. made a huge impact on me today and likely the only reason I'd even consider coming back, and likely for now he's all I'd even consider going to. Professional, communicative, skilled, quick, and an all around great guy. I sincerely hope that YourMechanic can right some wrongs from this week, but they're doing one thing very right and that's having Carlos R. Thank you sir for giving me a little hope when I can't even get a chance to talk to someone on the phone. You're doing everything right!
