Victor was very thorough and explained everything to me as he went along. He was patient when I didn't understand and took his time to ensure I had a clear picture about how my engine blew. Very friendly, nice and most important....knowledgeable. I would work with him again.

Water Pump

by Perry from Albuquerque, NM 87112

Luis showed up a half hour early which was great. He was very friendly and courteous. I had gotten to my house only a few minutes before he did which meant the engine was still very hot when he started. Nevertheless, he went right to work changing out the water pump which is buried under the engine block. He finished the job in less than a half an hour and my car isn't making weird noises anymore.

Anthony was great. He arrived five minutes early and got right to work. He was able to pin point the problem in about a minute just by listening to the vehicle try to start. He was very polite and informative, answering every question i had and had the problem fixed promptly. He has become my go to mechanic for any car related problem i might have in the future.
