I am extremely happy with Luis! He takes actual pride in making sure that he does the work correctly the 1st time and that is an invaluable trait in an employee! I felt completely confident in Luis honesty and trustworthiness. This is my 2nd time using "your mechanic" and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who needs repairs on their vehicle. I'd be surprised if your mechanic doesn't put a bunch of big box shops out of biz once word gets out! Keep up the EXCELLENT work👌👍

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience. From the initial call in to ask questions and schedule the appointment to the actual appointment itself. Joseph came across as knowledgeable, confident, and honest and those are 3 qualities we look for in a mechanic. The fact that you guys come to us sealed the deal for me and I wouldn't be surprised if you start putting other shady companies out of business. Thank you!!

I booked Rudy to remove/install new front upper control arms after I ran into some issues doing the job myself. Rudy showed up on time, was friendly, and got right to the job. He was efficient and showed me some tips on how to get better access to the control arm if I needed to know in the future. Very happy with his work and he was also a nice person!

Have to replace my brakes really frequently
Answered by Jay
The rear brake pads should last you over 30,000 miles if everything is working normally. In your case the rear pads are not lasting more than 10,000 miles, this is an indication of a problem in your brake system. If...
Car is shutting off while driving
Answered by Jay
The first thing to do is to have the fuel cap replaced (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-fuel-filler-cap). The cap may be overtightened, causing gas tank venting to be blocked. If this gets blocked then the fuel tank can go into a vacuum and cause...
Worried about a noise in the engine
Answered by Michael
Having an engine noise can be annoying and damaging over time. Did the noises start after having the oil and filter changed? I ask because there are some aftermarket oil filters which will cause pressure variations in the engine, creating...
