After rapidly diagnosing the problem with power steering failure he replaced a broken power steering sensor/pump. Fast and honest repair. Augustine readily pointed out leak issues with the braking system that potentially would have lead to more serious problems and he fixed them right away doing extra prevention/maintenance work.
