Simon is reliable and very professional. I bought the wrong part and realized it ten minutes into my appointment. I ordered the correct (switch, not sensor) part online and luckily he was available to come back a couple hours later and install the correct part. His patience with my ignorance was appreciated. I was not actually here, but from the email and text notifications, and call very good customer service. I do question the one item, transmission fluid condition. Since the Borrego has NO dipstick, without actually pulling the drain plug (which I assume was not done) there is no way to know the condition of the fluid. Otherwise, great.
