Everyone calls me Elliott. I've been an automotive technician for 6 years and have been working on cars since I was a teenager. I've worked at Goodyear and Firestone as well as independent shops and U-Haul. I've changed oil to axles on the road and have worked on most makes and models. I treat every customer's car with the same care and respect I show my own and work hard to get the job done right.

I was not actually here, but from the email and text notifications, and call very good customer service. I do question the one item, transmission fluid condition. Since the Borrego has NO dipstick, without actually pulling the drain plug (which I assume was not done) there is no way to know the condition of the fluid. Otherwise, great.
