Simon is reliable and very professional. I bought the wrong part and realized it ten minutes into my appointment. I ordered the correct (switch, not sensor) part online and luckily he was available to come back a couple hours later and install the correct part. His patience with my ignorance was appreciated. Without the hassle of a rental or waiting days for a mechanic shop to schedule the service, I will seek this service provider for all of my needs not covered under my powertrain warranty (ESC).
