This is the 1st time I've used this service. I will definitely use it again! Chis was honest, practical, forthcoming and efficient. The convenience is awesome, but obviously wouldn't be worth it if the mechanics were crooks or hack jobs. So far this seems like a win, win for me!! I will use this again SOON! (Unfortunate for my pocket book, my 14 year old Cadillac needs a little extra attention right now).

Answers to common Oldsmobile 98 questions

Q: how much should an ignition coil or ignition cost w parts and labor for a 1988 olsmobile 98 regency engine is a 3.8
Answered by Tim
Hi there: If the quote you were given includes replacing both the ignition coil and module, then a price between $200 and $300 is a pretty fair estimate. If it's one or the other, then a quote closer to $200...
Q: How do I replace the airflow sensor on my 1985 olds 98
Answered by Richard
You definitely want to reset the computer when you make a repair like this. Resetting the computer will allow it to check the new component for proper operation and set a Diagnostic Trouble Code (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-to-read-and-understand-check-engine-light-codes-by-jason-unrau) if there is still a...
Q: Dash blows fuses
Answered by Jamahl
Hello. When this happens it means that there is a short in the circuits that go to your dash lights. It could be in the dash board itself, the wiring going to the dash board, or the bulbs that light...
Q: Knocking noise - 1997 Oldsmobile 98
Answered by David
Hi! I recommend having a close inspection of the harmonic balancer on the front of the crankshaft. When the rubber that's bonded between the pulley and the hub begins to fail and separate, it starts to move around and can...

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Kevin showed up ready to do his job and did just that. He showed me a couple important things on my vehicle I had overlooked and was nothing less than incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I would, without hesitation recommend him to anyone I know and would gladly use him again.

Tom went above and beyond to make me as satisfied as I could be. His communication was excellent. Friendly and professional and best if all, my car is running great and he did it without unnecessary repairs. I would and will highly recommend Tom and Your Mechanic to everyone. Thanks, Rob Miller.

Stephen was very professional and spoke to me in terms that I understood. Although the news about the car was not great, he explained the why's and what it would take to fix it. I will call on him again. Many thanks!
