Very happy. I booked a ball joint replacement that a tire store told me I needed. Clarissa checked and that was not really what the car needed; it needed a control arm bushing instead. I appreciate the honesty and saving me from work I did not need. Clarissa was easy to talk to and work with.

The job had to be done on the road, making it harder for Miguel to do the job but he did it. The only concern I have is my car still shakes a little; its either the alternator or transmission that needs repair.

Answers to common BMW 135is questions

Q: I am looking to make a "sports" , "dub" car with alot of power.

When you try to start the vehicle, a small amount of fuel is injected into the cylinders to promote fast starting. Sometimes what happens is that with multiple attempts at starting, the vehicle essentially floods itself to the point that...
Q: Low coolant level light on, low oil light on

Your problem scenario sounds like at least 2 problems that appear to be interacting to look like one big mess. First off, there is the transmission cooler leak, which will drive up transmission fluid temperature (what's left) to the point...

BMW models we service

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Very impressed with the quality of work. Ned was on time and on budget. There were no surprise extra costs. Ned even helped me out with my other car, even though I didn't have an appointment for the other car. He took care of all of my car problems and he even found me a coupon for an oil change. I will be using this service again.

Stephen was very professional and spoke to me in terms that I understood. Although the news about the car was not great, he explained the why's and what it would take to fix it. I will call on him again. Many thanks!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I found YourMechanic and Raul. I'm from out of town and didn't know who to contact to fix a truck I was borrowing. I searched the web and found YourMechanic.....thank goodness. I found Raul to be professional, an outstanding mechanic and the price was more than fair.
