Wonderful service!! Eric showed up promptly on time for our 2pm apt. and only took 30 min from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue my car was having and quick to put me at ease to the remedy. He also was able to identify a few other repairs I should expect to make in the near future but he was not pushing them on me or scaring me to believe I needed to have them done ASAP! He was very helpful in allowing me to understand what costs I would need to incur next to keep my car running!

Q: Will it hurt my motor to switch from synthetic oil to conventional oil?
Answered by Mark
Hi there. There are varied opinions about switching from synthetic oil to conventional oil (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/what-are-the-risks-of-switching-to-synthetic-oil-in-older-cars). Paul did a good job fixing my car quickly. He also got a accurate diagnostic of my car's isues.

Yourmechanic.com is a woman's prayered answered. My stress was zero. I didn't have to drop off the car and wait for an outrageous quote from the corner mechanic. I was able to schedule and know the price immediately. I will use yourmechanic.com from now on. If you are in the Las Vegas area. I recommend requesting Scott Franklin. He goes above and beyond customer service.

Patrick was very professional and polite. He inspected my car and found that it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. He is very friendly and I would DEFINATELY recommend Patrick to all my family, friends and co-workers.
