Q: What's the part called and am i safe fora road trip

asked by on August 10, 2017

Car was clanking and vibrating at stops and after shift changing. My mechanic only replaced the rear motor mount and the engine trans mount. He believes ford sent him the wrong mount for the third front motor mount. Left the mechanic and it's vibrating in the dashboard, brake acting strange a little and hard a little going from park to any other gear. He said he had to find out what the specific motor mount is to get it from Ford. What's the part called and am I safe for a road trip?

My car has 108000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
