No engine light it is not overheating and no i change both mufflers but it does not have a catalytic converters and as far as i know it hasn't been tuned

did you just buy this? have you monitored fuel and oil consumption?

I've bought this a couple of years ago and it has the same problem and i figured it was running rich so changed the spark plugs and it toned it down a little bit but i started smoking againFuel is pretty bad but i figure it is because it's a v8 dohcI just want to rule out the engine i want to know what test i can do to make sure the engine is not the causing it

sounds like your injectors are staying open or leaking, you want to check pulse to injectors fuel pressure and do a leak down test to see which one or ones it is, heres a video below that shows you how to check, its general principle , and to check engine you want to do a compression test, but it sounds like a fuel issue to me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lbdjn\_uP85A

coolant or oil issue, if compression is ok coolant would be suspect with a blown head gasket

yes if the injectors are operating ok and fuel pressure ok

you wont be able to smell it, but yes more than likley injectors or signal issue for injectors
